Buchungsbedingung
Eine verbindliche Buchung erfolgt, wenn die Hälfte des gesamten Mietpreises auf das zu
nennende Konto eingegangen ist.
Eine Rückerstattung der Anzahlung bei Stornierung erfolgt nur:
1. wenn in diesen Zeitraum eine Vollbelegung erfolgt
2. oder vom Mieter für eine Ersatzbelegung gesorgt wird.
Der Restbetrag ist bei Ankunft fällig.
Reservation condition
For a binding booking half of the rent has to be credited to my account as a deposit.
If the booking is being cancelled, a refund of the deposit is possible if:
1. the place is fully occupied for this period.
2. the tenant provides replacement for the same period.
The rest of the rent is payable on arrival.
